The Design Brief

To design a contemporary identity that is fresh, energetic and incorporates elements of the existing identity.

The general idea from the outset was to stay close to the original logo mark and colour scheme. With this, I thought about elaborating more on the logo to incorporate a banner and hockey sticks. I wanted to create something that could be worn across apparel like hooded tops and sports bags.

I also animated the logo to feature on the hockey club’s Facebook group page.
