The Project

I consume a coffee a day using TASSIMO’s T-Disc coffee system. I particularly like Kenco’s Americano blend. One day, whilst waiting for my coffee to brew whilst fondling a t-disc, I wondered what it would look like if the t-disc had a face. What would that look like?

A day later, I’ve put together this short project that explores the shapes, colours and expressions that a branded emoticon system might have.

The colours where taken from TASSIMO’s current brand. The shapes of the facial expressions are taken from the profile of a t-disc / coffee pod.
